か、好んで高所に生息するという性質を持っ
てます。

マンハッタンからちょうどいい感じの距離に
あるSix Flagsという遊園地に行った時は、
絶叫マシンを激連続ライドしても平気な顔を
してました。

モンキーガール、恐るべし。

モンキーガールは、今、どうしてるんでしょ
うか?

バルコニーの話しに戻しましょう。

マンハッタンでは、いまだにバルコニーはス
ペシャルな価値を持ってます。

バルコニーが有ると無しでは、物件の人気を
大きく左右します。

ましてや、バルコニーのあるスタジオなんて
めったにお目にかかれません。

恵まれた環境で、ミックスはどんどこ進んで
ます。

She’s not only OK, but actually prefers height
for her habitat.

When we went to Six Flag Amusement Park
near New York City, she was absolutely cool
to get on the extremely thrilling roller coaster
again and again.

MONKEY GIRL has no fear.
